The Settle Carlisle Express

This scenic tour started at Hooton and called at Chester, most Mid-Cheshire line stations and Stockport.
The route was then via Bolton, Blackburn, Clitheroe, Hellifield and the Settle and Carlisle line.
We returned along the Cumbrian coast through St. Bees, Sellafield, Ravenglass and Grange-over-Sands to Preston and Manchester.
