2013 Railtour is announced
MCRUA has announced that its next railtour is to run on 11th September 2013.
With the experience of organising special excursions for over 24 years, you are assured of an excellent trip.
Our next Diesel hauled Railtour, The Settle & Carlisle Eaxpress will run on Wednesday 11th September 2013 when the railtour heads for Carlisle via the Settle and Carlisle Railway and returns to Mid Cheshire via the Cumbrian Coast.
The Railour is being run in association with Compass Tours who will be adminstering your booking.
All other aspects of the Tours will be like our traditional May Railtours.
In both directions, this Railtour will call at Hooton, most stations on the Mid Cheshire Line, Stockport and Reddish South.
Because of this popular route you are advised to book early.
